How to measure yourself
Front length: from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the neck) to the bottom.
Chest: Surround your torso at the nipples, without squeezing.
Shoulders: Measure from one end of the shoulder to the other.
Sleeve length: from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Sleeve Width: Measure the widest part of your arm (biceps).
